This stipend is vital because, in the coming years, robots will begin moving into the job market in massive numbers, eliminating millions of jobs. Where will the money come from?
The money for the central account can come from dozens of sources. Primarily, we will gather the money 1) from the huge productivity increases supplied by the robots, and 2) from the massive concentration of wealth that the robots and automation are causing.
